About the owner

Moser Property Care started the simple way — hard work and weekends. I began in high school, taking on small jobs after school and on Saturdays, focused on doing things the right way, not the fast way. From the start, the goal was always quality over quantity.

As the work grew, so did the commitment. I reinvested everything back into the business — buying a truck, a trailer, and better equipment — and kept moving forward one project at a time. That mindset is still the foundation of the company today.

In 2025 alone, I worked with over 50 clients and completed several large, detailed projects. Every job, big or small, gets the same level of attention, care, and pride. Word of mouth and repeat clients have built this business, and that trust means everything.
